Elastic User Experience (UX) Labs

At Elastic, community collaboration has always been at the heart of how we’ve created and refined our products. Your direct input is essential to ensure the refinement and expansion of product features grows with your needs and usage of Elastic. Therefore, we’ve created a new partnership program called UX Labs to connect customers and their users with Elastic teams.

UX Labs lets you have a voice in feature creation, to partner with us so we better understand how you use Elastic, and to better assess your pain points and opportunities for product refinement. Feedback sessions typically include informal interviews, surveys, product previews, and concept + usability tests.
